The location is CONVENIENT, with shops and restaurants just steps away. I found the room to be clean. The included continental breakfast was plentiful with fruit, eggs, cereal, and pastries. The gym had a useful selection of cardio equipment, free weights, and a cable machine.

easy access very nice view friendly staff
the location was ideal it offered easy access to public transportation. the room had a balcony it provided an very nice view. i found the staff very friendly and service minded i appreciated their help.
the breakfast experience could use some improvement in variety.

helpful staff convenient location lovely skyline excellent water pressure
Shaynea, the desk manager, was very kind. the location allowed easy access to chinatown, little italy, and various subway lines. the view from my room on the tenth floor offered a lovely skyline panorama. It had excellent water pressure for hot showers. i appreciated the two complimentary water bottles i received each day.
the breakfast room in the basement was a little dark.

the hotel is near the grand street subway station, just a short four-minute walk. china town and little italy were conveniently close, allowing exploration of local culture. accessibility to various attractions was definitely a plus.

My room had a beautiful view of the manhattan bridge and one world trade center. the hotel provided 2 complimentary water bottles daily. These were greatly appreciated. housekeeping was present every day.

clean room complimentary water ample towels comfortable bed
I found the room very clean upon arrival. The provided complimentary water was a nice touch. The bathroom included ample towels and toiletries, which i found convenient. The bed was comfortable. I slept well each night.
The elevator service was occasionally slow, sometimes requiring a short wait.
